Traveling Soccer Forms

MYSA is beginning a new procedure for background checks. The new process will be completely online. All volunteers will be required by MYSA to use this procedure starting with the Spring/Summer 2008 season, but it is also available for the Fall 2007 season, and MYSA is encouraging its use as soon as possible.
