Thank you for selecting the 2008 Rochester Invitational Tournament as part of your summer soccer plans! We look forward to welcoming all the participants. These are the registration procedures for this year's tournament.

REGISTRATION: Checking your team in for the Tournament

When: Check in your team at least one hour prior to your first game. You will find your game schedule at www.rysa.org.

Check-in times:

          5:00 PM - 9:00 PM  Thursday Evening - RYSA Teams Only
          3:00 PM – 9:00 PM  Friday evening
          6:30 AM - 11:30AM  Saturday morning

Where: Registration headquarters is at the Fuad Mansour soccer complex. The equipment shed is located at the Southeast corner of the Heintz Center parking lot. Directions:

How to get to UCR

Directions to Heintz Center (1926 College View Road SE, Rochester, MN 55904):

HWY 52 Southbound: Exit at 41st STREET exit to access 37th STREET NW (turns into East Circle Drive and County Road 22) and travel east through the intersection of US 63. Before the County Road 9 intersection (stop light), turn right onto Country Road 9 (College View Road). The Fuad Mansour Athletic complex is on your left. Park in the lot on the East side of the Heintz Center.

HWY 63 Southbound: Exit (left) at 37th STREET NW (turns into East Circle Drive and County Road 22). Follow directions above.

HWY 63 Northbound: Exit at HWY 14 East (also known as 12th Street) and travel east. Turn left at 15th Avenue SE/Marion Road intersection. Follow 15th Avenue to 4th Street and turn right onto 4th street. At 4-way stop, you will see the Heintz Center. Park in the lot on the East side of the Heintz Center.

I-90: Exit at HWY 63 North and follow instructions above.

HWY 14 Westbound or Eastbound: Exit at County Road 22 (30th Avenue) and follow to County Road 9 intersection. Turn left onto Country Road 9 (College View Road). At 4-way stop, you will see the Heintz Center. Park in the lot on the East side of the Heintz Center.

You MUST register your team at the Fuad Mansour complex. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER THE TEAM AT THE FIELD.

What you need: Please have these items ready to speed registration for everyone

1) An identical team roster for each game you will play and one to leave at registration, either:

• MYSA Official League Team Roster

• MYSA Invitational Tournament Team Roster

• Non-MYSA teams need to show their Proof of Permission to Travel

2) Laminated player passes (in the order listed on the team roster)

NO PASS, NO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS

Teams must be registered at the level (or a higher level) listed on the player passes (Ex. C2 can play C1 level, but not C1 playing at C2 level) Out of state teams please contact the tournament director.

Number of players registered per team and birthyear guidelines are followed as set forth by MYSA.

3) Medical authorization form for each registered player.

4) Proof of Insurance (for Non-MYSA teams)

Again, please have the necessary documents ready for registration.
